Funding Application Cycle Open Until Aug 1

Botanix is opening a funding application cycle with applications being accepted until Aug 1, 2010. Applications will be considered from groups needing funds to support projects which provide horticultural education to the citizens of El Paso County, Colorado. Second Quarter Funding Awards

Following the second quarter funding application cycle, we’re pleased to announce that the following organizations have been awarded Botanix funds:

Partners In Housing – funds for plant replacement and garden repair in a small public garden

Pikes Peak Library District’s Carnegie Library Garden – funds for permanent educational signage in this public garden

Manitou Springs Community Gardens Organization / Save the Flats, Inc – funds for equipment and signage as they undertake their community garden project on Higginbotham Flats

Botanix is opening a funding application cycle with applications being accepted until February 15, 2010. Applications will be considered for funds for projects which provide horticultural education to the citizens of El Paso County, Colorado. Download the application for specific instructions.

Applying for Funds

The members of the Botanix board will announce application proposal “open” periods and board meeting dates to decide on funding approval for those proposed applications. Those announcements will appear on this web site.
